Effective September 25, 2026. This policy explains how Carter Fletcher (“Fletch SEO,” “we”) handles information in our client lead dashboard at fletchseo.com and in the lead alerts we send to our business clients.

What we collect

  • Client contact details: the business name, contact name, email address and mobile number our business clients give us so we can deliver their leads and alerts.
  • Lead details: the information people provide when they call or submit a form on a website we operate, such as name, phone number, email, address and the service they need, along with call recordings and transcripts where calls are recorded.
  • Account activity: sign-in records and whether a lead has been opened, so we can deliver and support the service.

How we use it

We use this information only to operate the service: to deliver leads to the business that serves that website, to send new-lead alerts by text message and email, to provide account access, and to keep the service secure and working.

Text messaging

If a client agrees to text alerts, we send automated text messages to the mobile number(s) on the account when a new lead arrives. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the service for us (hosting, database, phone, text message and email delivery), under their own confidentiality and security terms, and when the law requires it.

Security and retention

Access to the dashboard requires a password, and each client can see only its own leads. We keep information for as long as we provide the service and as required for our records, then delete it.

Your choices

Clients can ask us to update or delete their contact details, or stop text or email alerts, at any time by contacting us.
